This was ttally new to me - all aspects of it - and certainly not least - the money these children

have to spend - and seem quite used to spending! Thank you! hugs - Rolf

You. are certainly a fearless journalist daring to face a mob of preteen Chinese kids doing Europe…. Thank you for another fascinating article!

Fascinating, as usual. Thank you Pallavi.

Too much to ask you to guess the degree "bonding" among the kids. The unspoken purpose of the trip may have been bonding with each other - the CC being the enticement. Given that "Western manners" can be learned on line, the connotation was possibly disguised as denotation - with CC limits.

On our side: We were sitting outside at a "buvette" - a drink and eating spot next to a cow/horse/chicken barn high up in the Swiss mountains. The other couples (well past retirement age) were all locals - judging from their accents. The first round of conversation between them was where to get the best bargains.

I also noted that the ladies all had shaved legs. Trending trends.
